Towers Hotel & Spa, Swansea

I had a delightful stay celebrating my wife's 50th birthday, with superb entertainment and attentive service. The room was fantastic with amazing views, and the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. However, my friend had a less positive experience due to room cleanliness issues and spa service lapses. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I'd consider returning again for the great atmosphere and food.
