I found the staff friendly and helpful! the spa facilities were really good, especially the pool. also, i appreciated the convenient ev charging station right on site. That was a great plus.

My standard twin room had a clean presentation and felt well kept. The beds provided good comfort. the room's layout suited my needs perfectly, and i found it to be a relaxing space after a long day! i slept very well.

the breakfast service offered tasty options, and the food was plentiful! the bar area created a great place to relax while watching the rugby, and i enjoyed a guinness. the service was well organized with timely table clearing.

The hotel provided easy accessibility. I found it with no issues! it is conveniently located near major routes, made my journey very smooth. plus, the grounds are very large with plenty of grass for children to run around and play.

My room, a superior double room ensuite bathroom, was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the air conditioning and sky tv available in the room. The bed was comfortable and i slept well. I found the safe to be quite useful for storing personal belongings.
The wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel.

The breakfast included a hot and cold buffet each morning. I especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit options available. The restaurant also offers roast dinner on saturday evening.

I used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room and found them all very clean. The hotel provides free parking . There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel that goes into the city center.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The spa reception was very cute, and i was well taken care of during my massage. The night receptionist, kevin, was easy to talk to.

the staff were really helpful. the food had a good choice and portions were generous. everything seemed freshly prepared, which i appreciated. the pool was fresh and at a lovely temperature.
the room i stayed in was clean, but i found hair on the sheets. i also noticed toothpaste residue on the sink. there were no usb charging ports, a problem since i needed to charge my devices.

I was grateful for the friendly staff. Julie at reception addressed all my requests efficiently. I really enjoyed the generous portions and quality of food. Catlin and Honey provided wonderful spa treatments. Ashley at the bar was great. The entire experience made my hen party fabulous.

i always find this place cute! the staff are super helpful and friendly. they really make my solo travel so much more pleasant. the room was clean and well presented! the breakfast was so yummy.
i booked two rooms and they put them on different floors. it wasn't great as i wanted to be close to my family.
